During our romantic getaway, we enjoyed a stunning view from our cozy room. The beautiful and peaceful scenery outside of our window was breathtaking. , the food offered in the dining area was delicious and we appreciated the variety of options available. We loved the location, which was convenient for exploring the nearby town and attractions.
The lack of customer service was frustrating at times. As non-native speakers, we struggled to communicate with some of the staff members.

Had a great view from a room with a stunning scenery. It was amazing how the hills were perfectly visible from the room. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. the food was passable, nothing to shout about. Some dishes were just unbearable. And it was quite hot and stuffy in the room. the room did have a fan, but it was not powerful enough.
The customer service just didn't live up to our expectations. the staff did not speak English and there was no one to help guide us around.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in a beautiful area close to nature. the room was comfortable and had a stunning view of the castle. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the hotel also had great facilities, such as a dining area and a fan in the room.
The hotel could improve its bilingual customer service.
